We are a church that knows in life one does not only experience joy, but also hardship. We purpose to come alongside one another in sharing the joys and carrying the burdens each of us encounter. You will find a listening ear, a genuine hug, or simply a smile for your day when you are with us.
We find our home across from the River Heights School In Menomonie, Wisconsin, gathering each Sunday to worship, pray, and encourage one another.
"And let us consider how to spur one another on to love and good deeds. Let us not neglect meeting together, .... but let us encourage one another, and all the more as you see the Day (of Christ's return) approaching." Hebrews 10:24-25
“Living hope” is standing on the promises of God with full assurance that God is for us, not against us. The Bible contains several thousand promises and we hold to each of them but at the heart of our mission we value the following promises; they are the anchor as we gather together and as we serve each other and our community.
The promise of the WORD (Bible) AS TRUTH: “Your Word is truth.” John 17:17
The promise IN PRAYER: “Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you” Jeremiah 29:12
The promise of JOY IN WORSHIP: “In your presence there is fullness of joy.” Psalm 16:11
The promise of YOUR VALUE: “So God created mankind in his own image.” Genesis 1:27
The promise of A FAMILY: “Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.” 1 Corinthians 12:27
The promise of the GIFT OF GRACE: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.” Romans 3:23-24
The promise of GOOD NEWS THAT TRANSFORMS: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” 2 Corinthians 5:17
